PointFive Raises $60M Series B, led by Accel, to Redefine AI and Cloud Efficiency

PointFive TeamJune 8, 2026

London & Tel Aviv, June 8, 2026 — PointFive, the leader in AI and Cloud Efficiency, today announced a $60M Series B led by Accel, with participation from Salesforce Ventures, Entrée Capital, Perpetual Growth, Vesey Ventures, Sheva Ventures and Index Ventures. The round follows 6x ARR growth between 2024 and 2025 and will fund product development and go-to-market expansion as enterprises confront a new and fast-growing category of spend: the cost of running AI.

The FinOps Foundation's 2026 State of FinOps research confirms a shift: workload optimization and waste reduction is now the discipline's top priority, and 98% of organizations manage AI spend, up from 63% a year earlier. But the work itself has moved, from static financial dashboards to engineering decisions. AI workloads are adding an entirely new layer of cost that legacy tooling was never built to see, and engineers need to ship the fix at scale, with speed.

PointFive shows them what they are wasting and why, surfacing inefficiencies that conventional cost tooling and manual review miss entirely. The platform runs agentlessly and read-only, identifying root-cause waste across cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and AI workloads, then routing automated recommendations to engineers who own the fix. Customers report cloud cost savings of 30%, with an average ROI of more than 1000% based on actual dollar savings achieved.

A New Platform and a New Companion Product

Alongside the Series B, PointFive is launching a new platform experience, the AI Efficiency OS, and a companion product, TokenShift, to address the growing governance, visibility, and cost crises in AI:

  • AI Efficiency OS: A continuous cloud and AI optimization platform that runs alongside engineering teams rather than in a dashboard. It answers questions about cloud and AI workloads in chat, supports custom apps built on the platform, and runs agentic workflows for fully automated remediation.
  • TokenShift: An optimization and compliance tool for AI coding agents. TokenShift gives teams visibility into how AI coding agents are being used, optimizes token consumption, and provides compliance and governance oversight and control. Built for modern coding agents including Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, and Windsurf.

Leadership Perspectives

"Every company is now an AI company, and every AI company is about to get a bill it did not budget for. The old playbook was never built for this: tag everything, build a dashboard, and hope someone acts on it. PointFive finds the waste at the source and puts the fix in the engineer's hands. That is the only way efficiency scales," said Alon Arvatz, co-founder and CEO of PointFive.

"With the global spend in cloud and AI growing from c. $350B in 2025 to more than $1T by 2030, the cost of running AI is fast becoming one of the largest line items in the enterprise. The PointFive team realised that managing cloud and AI infrastructure is an engineering problem, not a dashboard problem, and they have built the leading agentic platform to help engineering teams maximise cloud and AI efficiency. We have been very impressed by their vision and are excited to lead this round and partner with Alon, Gal and Amir," said Philippe Botteri, Partner at Accel.

Customer Traction and What's Next

PointFive's enterprise customers include Nubank, E.ON, Hertz, Fanatics, Swiss Post and NICE. Nubank reached positive ROI within 10 days of deployment.

The company will use the funding to deepen its coverage across production AI services, data platforms, and cloud infrastructure, and to expand its US presence, with a major platform announcement to follow this week.

Founded in January 2023 by Alon Arvatz, Amir Hozez, and Gal Ben David, PointFive serves enterprises running $1M+ in annual cloud and AI spend. The company employs 100+ people across Tel Aviv, London, and the US.
